Dear Customer,

As you will be aware, the Government’s latest lockdown restrictions come into effect from Thursday 5th November and will run until 2nd December.

We therefore wanted to advise you of our plans for the next four weeks when it comes to the purchasing and delivery of stock. This applies to our operating areas of England, Wales, and Scotland. The important thing to stress is that it will be ‘business as usual’ and mindful of how busy trade has been over the last few months, we will continue to supply and deliver to you as normal

Our office and warehouse team will be working throughout the next four weeks whilst still following social distancing guidelines. That means we will still be here to take your orders, answer any other queries and deliver your products.

If you are not able to accept deliveries over the period of the lockdown, please call us on 0161 443 0970 or email us so we can update your account accordingly.

Kellars takes the health, safety and wellbeing of its staff and customers very seriously and whilst the lockdown is unfortunate, it is something we have now experienced before and whilst we will follow the Government and Public Health England’s guidelines to the letter, we are confident that we can continue to provide the high-quality service you have come to expect from us.
