After 3 years with Kellars as an Area Sales Manager, Ryan Lindley still loves the thrill of selling flooring products everyday, even after 10 years of working in the industry.
Throughout his career, Ryan has always had a passion for Sales, with his first role being a Travel Agent, followed by a Business Manager for mobile phones.
He says: “I wanted to get away from the same four walls everyday, and jump into a Sales Representative role, as there is always a new challenge everyday”
Ryan has developed his skills over his 10 years in the industry, and has worked alongside Kellars Sales Director Dave Francis for the majority of this time, which has been a fantastic way of learning for the Area Sales Manager.
Currently, his jam-packed days consist of covering the area of part West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and part Derbyshire, developing the area with competitive roll and cut length business, providing consistent repeat orders, whilst introducing new products to his customers.

We asked Ryan what he thinks of the new stands, his response is: “The new stands are modern, giving our customers stores a classy finish, whilst providing great products, and are certainly one of the best looking point of sale units available”
As April is already underway, we know that the 2022 Flooring Show in Harrogate will soon be upon us. After a successful 2021 exhibition for Kellars, Ryan says this was his busiest and by far most successful show in his 10 years of attendance.
Lindley reflects on the show and says that: “the shows success was down to fantastic products, competitive prices, and the point of sale that we provided”
“We have been building on that success since September, and we are sure that 2022 will be even better, based on what is to come in the future with our bigger client base and newly introduced products”
In between his busy schedules at work, the Area Sales Manager is keen for Leeds United to score a few goals, and each year treats himself to a season ticket. Away from all of the action, he spends the rest of his days at home with his 4 year old daughter, who keeps him on his toes.
