7 years ago, Chloe began her flooring industry journey at 19 years old. Starting out as an Apprentice in a popular Northeast store, working in Sales and Administration.
Flooring was new to Chloe at this point, and her Newcastle job was only just the beginning.
“Since the start of my journey at 19, I knew this would be something that I would continue doing for the foreseeable future, and was passionate about a career in the industry”
Fast-forward to 2022, Chloe is now our Stock Control Administrator for Kellars after working her way up the ladder since joining us in March 2020.
It’s always challenging starting out in a new role, with new tasks and colleagues. March 2020 proved to be the biggest challenge the world has faced in this generation, with Covid-19 striking, and businesses facing some difficultly.
Kellars pushed through the regular lockdowns, and pandemic as a whole, holding high a level of stock, with the help of our Stock Control Administrator, Chloe.
Since joining us in 2020, her busy schedules are filled with system price list updates, stock entry forms, internal stock transfers, and buying stock from multiple suppliers across the globe.
We asked what Chloe’s favourite thing is about the company and what she is looking forward to in 2022:
“I feel like I’m part of the family with Kellars, we are a very close-knit business. I can’t wait to see the results of The Flooring Show exhibition stand. So much effort has gone in from every department, and I think this will be the best show yet for Kellars!”
