With 10 days to go until the world begins the countdown to 2022 on New Years Eve. We thought that it would be the perfect time to put together a Kellars 2021 recap based on yet another great year as a wholesaler in the flooring industry.
Let’s fast forward a year from 17th December 2020…
365 days later, we now have 400,000sq ft of warehouse space, award winning laminate branding, 6 developed brands, 2 new depot openings, a successful September exhibition in Harrogate and all of these were achieved during the COVID-19 pandemic.
So, let’s talk about the highlight of the year for Kellars which took place in Harrogate, at The unmissable Flooring Show. Our 150sqm stand provided to be quite a success, with over 3500+ guests passing through over the 3-day event.
After developing our 6 brands throughout 2020/2021, the September event was a fantastic opportunity for Kellars to showcase all the hard work which had been going on behind the scenes. Check out our social media Instagram page for our Harrogate 2021 recap video.
In July, we donated one of our carpets to Ladybridge High School to help make a positive difference, by allowing the school to complete the final touches to their well-being room for the students and learners.
October saw the installation of our Artificial Grass at Auckland Youth Community Centre, to create a fun and vibrant environment for the children. The outdoor garden was designed with a welcoming feel, to encourage the learners to interact and engage with the activities.
Last, but certainly not least, another main highlight at Kellars is our award-winning Forma Laminate brand. In 2021, we were successful in winning the New Marketing and brand concept category award for the Flooring Innovation awards.
This was such an amazing achievement for Kellars, and our Marketing/Design Team, and we are looking forward to progressing our brands further in the future.
